Bishop James S. Wall has chosen his episcopal motto, taken from the Letter of James in the New Testament (cf., Ja. 1.22).  Saint James reminds us that it is not enough merely to hear God’s Word.  We must also strive to put it into practice in our daily lives

All singers/instrumentalists who would like to be in the choir that will be leading the singing during Holy Week Masses are invited to attend the practice on Sunday, March 1st at 12:30 p.m. Any questions call Ruth Ruiz at 863-5421.

The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed from 7:00-8:00 a.m. for your private adoration and prayer. Mass follows benediction and reposition of the blessed sacrament at 8:15 a.m.  There is also a mass at 6:30 AM, prior to Adoration.  This is a good time for prayer and recollection or for taking stock of your lives in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament.

All students (K-12) are invited to join the Saint Cecilia Singers (formerly known as the Young People’s Choir). Rehearsal in March will be held on Wednesdays, March 4th, and March 11th from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in the Cathedral. For more information, call Camille DePauli at 863-6508.
